Shopping Online

In order to shop on this site, simply browse our inventory and select the product you want to purchase, the desired quantity, and click "Add to Cart".  When you've completed shopping, click the "Checkout" button or icon, to complete your order. Please note that you may change the contents or edit the quantities of items in your shopping cart until you click "Place Order", after which your order will be processed. After submitting your order, if accepted, a confirmation page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. You will also received an email confirmation shortly after your order has been submitted.  If your email confirmation does not arrive within 3 business days (or more for custom orders) after you have placed your order, please use the "Contact Us" link, to message us, or contact us via email for assistance, and one of our friendly staff members will provide a response within 72 hours.  Once your order has been processed and shipped, you may track your order by using your tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

When completing your payment information, please be advised that Island Teine Boutique, LLC uses a third-party payment processing system that securely processes payments and neither ITB nor its owners, employees or representatives have access to your sensitive credit card information. ITB's vendor uses PAN truncation compliant practices to secure our customer's sensitive information, resulting in secured transactions for the customers of ITB.

ITB uses multiple payment processing platforms for our customer's convenience. We strive to bring cost effective solutions to our customers, but understand that preferences and the customer's situation may determine the method of payment. Depending on the method of choice, there may be a service fee assessed by the vendor, which will be applied at checkout.  However, ITB will always select the lesser fee amount available, whether it is the standard 2.99% fee or less.  ITB does have an option available to avoid service fees.  With that said, here are the options available to our customers and a breakdown of any applicable fees, if any:

• Any major credit card (2.99% or less service fee assessed by vendor)
• Apple Pay (2.99% or less service fee assessed by vendor)
• Venmo (2.99% or less service fee assessed by vendor)

Please note that ITB does not directly handle your credit card and/or banking information provided through this Site. ITB receives very limited information on transaction. As such, Island Teine Boutique, LLC or its owners, employees or representatives are unable to assist with these dispute types, but may get involved in the event a customer need our assistance with speaking to the vendor. If you have a payment issue and/or dispute, please contact the vendor selected to process the payment or discuss with your (the customer's) options with your (the customer's) banking institution.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Depending on selections made in the payment process, you may receive an option to "Buy Now, Pay Later". This provide customers with an option to pay their purchase off over time. This service is usually free and interest free. Due to ITB is not involved in this process, it is advised to carefully read the options available and make the selection that best fit your (the customer) situation.

This is an offer through a third-party vendor and Island Teine Boutique, LLC cannot assume responsibility for these interactions, due to this is solely an agreement between you (the customer) and the vendor providing the offer. Our advise is to carefully read any agreement, prior to signing. For questions and/or to address concerns with the "Buy Now, Pay Later" program, please see the information made available by the vendor offering the program, and settle any and all disputes with them.

Although ITB has no affiliation with this program, please be sure to bring any ill behavior to the attention of ITB staff, as we uphold our vendors to the same level of customer care we directly provide to our customers.

Product and Pricing Information

Island Teine Boutique, LLC or its owners, employees or representatives reserve the right to establish the pricing model for the Site. Prices are subject to change as a result of but not limited to:

• Increase or decrease in manufacturing pricing model
• Item availability
• Higher than expected demand
• Change in vendor
• Backordered items
• Product discontinuation

Exchanges, Refunds, Returns

All sales are final.  No returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed.  ITB perform quality check on all orders, before shipping.  This is to ensure the merchandise quality meet the standards of ITB, the product is without damage or defect, and the item(s) contained within the box is the customer's order.  Quality control practices are performed prior to any items are shipping, to ensure ITB exceeds the customer's expectations.

Shipping

For shipping, ITB may use any shipping method to help pass the saving along to the customer.  As such, ITB will ship orders as soon as the merchandise is ready, using the fastest and inexpensive way to ship.

• Standard merchandise... usually ships within 3 business days
• Customized merchandise... additional time is required for production and will ship within 7-10 business days or sooner

Intellectual Property; Site Content

When accessing this site, you agree to obey the law and to respect the intellectual property rights of others. You agree that you shall be solely responsible for any violations of any relevant laws and for any infringement of third-party rights caused by any User Content (defined below) that you provide or transmit to us.

Specifically, the trademarks, trade names, trade dress, logos, domain names, and service marks (collectively, the "Trademarks") displayed on this Site are the registered and/or unregistered Trademarks of ITB, or such third party that may own the displayed Trademarks. Unauthorized use or distribution of materials found on this Site, whether they carry a registered or unregistered trademark, is prohibited and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Island Teine Boutique, LLC or its owners, employees or representatives be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your user of or inability to use the site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all losses and damages of any kind (whether general, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary or otherwise, including, without limitation, loss of data, income or profits), whether in contract or tort, even if Island Teine Boutique has been advised of or should have known of the possibility such damages. If you are dissatisfied with the site, any content on the site, or these terms & conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.  You acknowledge, by your use of the site, that your use of the site is at your sole risk.  Applicable law may not allow the limitation of liability set forth above, so this limitation of liability may not apply to you, and you may have rights additional to these contained herein. The foregoing paragraph shall not apply to residents of New Jersey. With respect to residents of New Jersey, Island Teine Boutique, LLC or its owners, employees or representatives shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the site or any materials therein unless such damages or injuries are the result of Island Teine Boutique's negligent, fraudulent or reckless acts or intentional misconduct.

Dispute Resolution by Binding Individual Arbitration

Any dispute involving you and Island Teine Boutique, LLC or any of its owners, employees or representatives must be resolved through individual arbitration, except as follows:

• Any dispute falling within the jurisdictional scope and amount of an appropriate small claims court must be brough in small claims court on an individual basis; And
• Any dispute to seek to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction. 

Disclaimers of Warranties

Island Teine Boutique, LLC cannot and does not represent or warrant that the site or its server will be error-free, uninterrupted, free from unauthorized access (including third-party hackers or denial of service attacks), or otherwise meet your requirements.

Scams and Phishing

Phishing is another way scammers attempt to gain access to sensitive information via email, phone, mail, and even staging fraudulent websites to deceive the user. There are many scammers out there looking to take advantage of unsuspecting victims. As such, ITB utilizes the tools at it's disposal and safe practices, to ensure secure interactions with the customer. 

Please be advised that Island Teine Boutique, LLC will only communicate with you (the customer) for official business only and from it's official email account, when addressing all aspects of your order. ITB is not responsible for the actions of anyone not a part of the ITB family

If you (the customer) feel like you have fallen victim to a scam, you may contact ITB to verify. If you are seeing suspicious activity on your bank or credit card account(s), we (Island Teine Boutique, LLC) advise you contact your banking institution immediately and allow them to advise you (the customer) on next steps.
